Non-profit organizations like the Deep Cove Rowing Club depend heavily on volunteers to minimize program costs. The only paid staff are the coaches and most of those are only paid for the hours worked. All other functions are handled by volunteers:
- Board of directors
- Administration
- Financial management
- Marketing & fundraising
- Equipment maintenance
- IT
- Home regatta organization & operation
- Away regatta transport & chaperones
- Social event organization

Let us know how much time you have available and what types of activities you would like to get involved in. We are especially interested in hearing from the parents of youth rowers.
