The Deep Cove Rowing Club has a volunteer board of directors that govern club operations. The current directors of the club are:

Below each director’s name is listed their additional responsibility(ies) within the club. The president represents the club to external organizations and chairs board meetings and the annual general meeting. The club’s finances are jointly managed by the treasurer and finance directors. The board secretary records the minutes of board meetings and the annual general meeting. The club’s coaches report to the club captain. The equipment director manages the club’s equipment (e.g. coach boats, rowing shells, oars). The safety director is responsible for establishing and monitoring club safety protocols. The safe sport lead is responsible for establishing the club’s Safe Sport policy. The IT director is responsible for the club web site and email.

Directors are elected to a one year term. A director may be re-elected any number of times. Nomination and election of directors is done at the annual general meeting that is held each spring.
